Sarah's Maltese puppy, used to a quiet household, had her history talked through before each of her first two grooms. On the second visit she ran towards the groomer's door. Ellie's puppy Thor had his first groom here, and Phil gave advice on what was best for him. Mention that it's a first groom when you ring.
